Strategeens is a design, IT solutions and consulting company located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
We understand the special importance of protection of your personal data, therefore, we only collect and process data that is necessary for our activities to ensure the performance of the services we provide to you. We process personal data for predefined purposes lawfully, transparently and fairly, and only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes. When we process personal data, we strive to ensure that data are accurate, secure, confidential, properly stored and protected.

When processing your personal data, we comply with the requirements of the European General Personal Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR), the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the processing of personal data established in other legal acts.

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy terms of your use of the website (the “Website”).

1.2. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding the processing of your personal data. After reading this document, you will find out how we process your personal data, where we obtain it and what your rights are as a data subject.

2.1. The website is managed and administered by the limited liability company “Strategeens” (hereinafter – we), legal entity code: 303052375, address: Pilies str. 17-3, LT-01123 Vilnius.

2.2. We are the controller of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law.

3. What principles do we follow?

3.1. When processing your personal data, we will:

a) comply with applicable legislation requirements, including GDPR;

b) process your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner;

c) collect your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not continue to process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes, except to the extent permitted by law;

d) take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal data which are inaccurate or incomplete, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are rectified, supplemented, suspended or destroyed without delay;

e) keep them in a form that allows you to be identified for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed;

f) not disclose personal data to third parties, except as provided in the Privacy Policy or as required by law;

g) ensure that your personal data is processed in such a way as to ensure the appropriate security of personal data through adequate technical or organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing of data and against unintentional loss, destruction or damage.

4. How do we collect your personal information?

4.1. When you use the Website, certain information (such as IP addresses, web browser types used, number of visits to the Website, views of the Website, time spent on the Website, demographics and, if you visit the Website from a third party website – a URL link) is collected automatically.

5. What data do we process and for what purposes?

5.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes:

a) for the purpose of ensuring the quality of sales and services, i. e. to respond to your inquiries you have made to us regarding our products, solutions or services. You provide us with your personal information by writing to us, by telephone. If you contact us in writing, by email or telephone, we will save the communication or audio recording (conversation recording) of personal data processed for this purpose:

c) for recruitment purposes as part of the current and future recruitment process, as well as to assess your competence and other qualities. By sending a curriculum vitae (CV) or submitting any other documents during the recruitment process, the user expresses his / her consent to participate in the current or future employment process carried out by “Strategeens” company. This consent is valid for all documents submitted during the recruitment process.

d) to provide you with better and customized services in order to ensure the functionality of the website, as well as to improve it. When you use the Website, certain information is transmitted to us automatically after your visit the Website. This data is certain non-personal information used to improve the content, functionality and attractiveness of the Website. Read more about this in Chapter 6 of this Privacy Policy.

5.2. We do not ask you to provide and we do not process your personal data of specific categories that reveal your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well as health or data about your sexual life and sexual orientation. In the event that you provide this data to us using the Website or in any other way (in writing, by email, telephone), this data will be deemed to have been provided with your consent.

6. How do we use cookies?

6.1. We collect information about you using cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files that are temporarily stored on your device’s hard drive and allow to identify you during other visits to the Website, save your browsing history, options, customize content, speed up searches on the Website, create a more convenient and friendly website environment. 7. Who do we provide your personal data to?

We guarantee that your personal data will not be sold, provided or otherwise transferred to third parties without a legitimate basis, nor will it be used for purposes other than those for which they were collected. However, we reserve the right to provide information about you if we were required to do so by law or if required to do so by law enforcement authorities or prosecuting authorities.

8. How long do we keep your personal data?

8.1. We store your personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of the processing or as required by law, if they provide for a longer retention period.

8.2. We strive not to protect outdated, irrelevant personal data, so only up-to-date data is stored when it is updated. Historical information is protected, if it is required by law or for the performance of our activities.

8.3. Clause 5.1 of the Privacy Policy sets out the terms for the retention of your personal data for the purpose for which each personal data is used.

9. How do we protect your personal information?

9.1. Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we make every effort to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data when you transfer data to the Website – you assume the risks associated with the transfer of data to the Website. When we receive your data, we will apply strict procedures and security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

9.2. If unlikely circumstances arise and we become aware of a breach of the security of your personal data which could seriously jeopardize your rights or freedoms, we will inform you immediately as soon as we become aware of it and determine what information has been accessed.

10.1. The Website may contain links to external websites – websites of our business partners or websites that promote our products and / or services. By following such links to any of the websites, please note that these websites and the services accessed through them have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies or for any personal data collected on or through these Sites, such as contact or location details. 11. What rights do you have?

11.1. When processing personal data, we guarantee your rights in accordance with GDPR and the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. As a data subject, you have the following rights:

a) to know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data;

b) to be informed about your personal data attributes that we process;

c) to demand the correction or supplementation, correction of incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete personal data;

d) to require the destruction of personal data when they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected;

e) to require the destruction of personal data, if they are processed unlawfully or if you withdraw or do not give your consent to the processing of personal data, which is necessary;

f) not to consent to the processing of personal data or revoke a previously given consent;

g) to request the suspension (except for storage) of your personal data processing in the event of a dispute or verification of the lawfulness of the processing, the accuracy of the data, as well as in cases where we no longer need your personal data but you do not want us to destroy it;

h) to require the submission, if technically possible, of your personal data collected with your consent or for the purposes of performing the contract in an easy-to-read format or request that they would be transferred to another controller.

12. How will this Privacy Policy be changed?

12.1. All changes to our Privacy Policy will be published on the Website. We will notify you of them, if necessary. The new terms of Privacy Policy may also be published on the Website and you may need to read and agree to them in order to continue using the Website and / or our services.
